Youth Community Support
- Case-management services to youth leaving the emergency shelter system to support them in maintaining safe, affordable housing. The Society’s youth worker advocates on behalf of the youth to ensure the youth is able to access financial assistance, housing supports, educational placements, referral to mental health, addictions, legal and other services as needed.
